Returns & Refunds Policy

At Beaufort Animal Supplies, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major problem, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

We may need to inspect the product before offering a remedy. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair, or store credit.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Returned within 14 days
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change-of-mind returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit at our discretion.

Items We Cannot Accept for Change of Mind

  • Opened animal feed
  • Opened animal health products
  • Chemicals, drenches or vaccines
  • Special order items
  • Used products
  • Clearance items (unless faulty)

Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply if an item is faulty or not as described.

Online Orders

For online purchases, please contact us before returning an item. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, tax invoice, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase may be required.
